The National Housing Company has partnered with Orbass Middle East Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of the Spanish firm Orbass, to build 589 residential units in Al-Fursan suburb, valued at approximately one billion riyals.

The agreement aims to provide innovative housing options across a vast area of up to 150,000 square meters, with the Spanish Ambassador to the Kingdom, Jorge Abia, present.

Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqil, oversaw the agreement, with the National Housing Company represented by its CEO, Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati, and Orbass represented by CEO Dolufo Guriyor, at the National Housing Company headquarters in Riyadh.

Al-Fursan suburb, one of the largest urban projects by the National Housing Company and in the region, is designed to offer a comprehensive living environment aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, featuring new standards and sustainable urban living.

Covering 35 million square meters, the suburb comprises over 50,000 housing units accommodating more than 250,000 residents. It includes various vital facilities such as education, health, sports, and entertainment services, alongside green spaces, mosques, and parks.

With over 6 million square meters of green spaces, each individual in the suburb enjoys 26 square meters of greenery, supporting the Saudi Green Initiative’s goals. The suburb also plans to plant more than half a million trees, averaging 8 trees per housing unit.
